Brayford guest house is a victorian property situated in Lincoln's west end on the A57 and sitting south-west facing of Lincoln's cathedral. Marie and Clint Phillips the owners bought the business in 2008 which was previously known as the AA&M guest house and have invested in many improvements to the house including there new courtyard rooms offering a family room, two single rooms all with disabled access and a more contempary feel. The accommodation in the main house has been completely refurbished to a high standard offering en-suite facilities to all rooms, free wifi/broadband internet access and freesat television.

The historic city of Lincoln cathedral quarter is within easy walking distance through various routes taking in the city centre and of course the lovely cobbled steep hill. Whilst in the cathedral quarter you will find the famous Lincoln cathedral, the castle and the Lincolnshire life museum and various shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs.

We current accept payments by cash or cheque only.

Price includes full English breakfast or continental breakfast, cooked fresh.

Breakfast

We serve a full English breakfast including bacon, egg, sausage, hash brown, beans, tomato and mushrooms. We also have a continental or vegetarian option available on request.

Orders for breakfast are usually taken the night before so we can cook everything fresh, exactly the way you want it and serve it to you at your table. There is also a self service table with fresh juices, cereals and toast. We can also cater for any special dietary requirements needs that you may have.
